Birk Campus has four big common-barbecues which all residents can use within the campus area. The barbecues are not kept at a specific place, therefore you will probably have to walk around campus to find them. However, if you want to make life easier for the rest of Birk Campus’ residents you can leave the barbecue at the half-brick wall in front of the Student House.

A final comment: REMEMBER TO CLEAN THE COMMON-BARBEQUES AFTER USE!

Drill
As you may already have noticed or most likely will come to experience during your stay in Birk Campus some of the apartments have walls which are were hard drilling holes in. Therefore ‘Afdelingsbestyrelsen’ has bought two percussion drills which you as a resident in Birk Campus are able to borrow for free… – Or at least it is free the first 24 hours – hereafter you will have to pay DKK 10/day and of course you have to replace any drills you may destroy or the entire machine if that is.

All you have to do if you are interested in borrowing one of Birk Campus’s percussion drills is to send an e-mail to afdbest@birk-campus.dk. Besides this you will have to bring your membership card for the Student House/the gym/the laundrette which we will keep as deposit until you have returned the machine.
